Self-Pay Monitoring

  • Offers your participants an alternative payment option and increases cash flow generated by self pay receivables. Monitors the patient obligation to pay the provider of services by producing an auto-draft each month.
  • Consumer does not pay interest. If draft account is returned as uncollectible, account is automatically transferred to the full service program or account can be recycled through our EBO for a specified amount of time.

Health Insurance Tracking (HIT)

  • HIT program works in conjunction with EBO services. Can speed up your revenue cycle by taking over your claims processing. Process can be implemented from day one that the charge is created or from any day you deem appropriate.
  • Functions as a part of your company, seeking claims resolution by following up with third party carriers and any other source of third party payment. Staffed with experience in both government and commercial payers.

Extended Business Office (EBO)

  • Provides services such as billing, monitoring and claims resolution. Assists your staff by providing professional assistance and technology to manage these processes on your behalf.
  • Uses your patient accounting systems and updates your system with changes in information.
  • Has achieved positive results for clients, including quicker claims resolution reduced A/R, improved cash flow, and improved patient satisfaction. Reduces your staff workload so they may focus in more critical areas.

Option One Program (Soft Collections)

  • This program offers to collect your money faster, which helps cash flow. We will do this without charging a percentage, only a small fixed fee per account.
  • Our computer generates four letters within a thirty (30) day period from our company. Correspondence and all payments made by consumers are mailed directly to you.

Full Service Collections

  • Sets the standard for debt recovery by focusing on both healthcare and commercial accounts receivable, employing ACA-certified collectors and utilizing advanced software with interactive auto-dialing and call-recording capabilities.
  • This program offers a complete follow through on consumers who do not respond to normal billing.
  • We investigate, communicate and take all reasonable collection steps working on a contingency fee.
  • Our company reports to all major credit reporting agencies on a monthly basis.
  • We are prepared to follow through to litigation, if necessary and approved by our clients.
